Next Level Stage Management is an introduction to Theatrical Stage Management for students looking for a deeper understanding of this vital role in the theatre industry, as well as for educators looking for a way to learn and share that knowledge with their students.
The course is designed to offer an overview of the principals of stage management along with insights from Pamela's years of professional expertise that helped take her career to the next level.
Next Level Stage Management
Pamela's Career in Theatre
Pamela worked in professional theatre primarily in the Seattle regional theatre scene for over 15 years on a wide range of productions. Large scale musicals were her main focus, and new works are her passion. She averaged 5 productions a year and favorite shows in her career included Newsies, Matilda the Musical and Dreamgirls.
She was also fortunate to work outside of the Seattle theatre scene on tours of Hamilton, Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas and with Cirque du Soliel.
